The breakthrough as a trainer
The breakthrough as a trainer The self-employed trainer becomes an entrepreneur. Dirk hires his first full-time trainer and, during this period, primarily advises DAX-listed corporations.

The expansion begins
Dirk and his team host their first open seminar. At this point, he employs 12 full-time staff members.
2012
“Vertriebsoffensive” is born
The first Vertriebsoffensive takes place at the RuhrCongress in Bochum with 242 participants — the beginning of a long success story. Over the following 13 years, it became the most successful sales training event in the German-speaking world.
July 2018
Guinness World Record: “Largest Sales Lesson”
For his "Weltmeisteroffensive" with more than 7,000 participants, Dirk Kreuter receives the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest sales training.

Vertriebsoffensive Digital
To ensure his clients could continue their training during the pandemic, Dirk Kreuter transitioned the Vertriebsoffensive into a fully digital 360-degree studio, reaching tens of thousands of participants.
